Facility Investment Services for 99th Readiness Division (RD), Region 4A

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, issued a Sources Sought Notice (W912BU26RAR4A) for Facility Investment Services (FIS) for the 99th Readiness Division (RD), Region 4A. This is a market research effort, not a solicitation, to identify qualified Small Businesses and other socioeconomic categories capable of performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM). The anticipated contract, with a five-year ordering period, will cover Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) sub-functions, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of building exteriors, structures, and interior systems in Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania. Contractors must furnish all necessary labor, equipment, and materials. Security requirements include US citizenship for all employees, Real ID possession, and the ability to obtain security clearances. Interested offerors must submit capability statements, past performance, business size/classification, and demonstrate operational ability in the specified region by December 16, 2025.
