Dehumidifier (DH) Air Conditioner (AC) Rental IDIQ

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) seeks an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for temporary Air Conditioning (AC) unit rentals. The contract will span five years, with individual task orders not exceeding 12 months. The anticipated need is approximately eight units per month. The contractor must provide AC units with specific features, including 5,000 CFM airflow, welded lifting eyes, forklift channels, and compatible electrical connections. The contractor is responsible for delivery, maintenance, removal, and all associated costs. Adherence to a Quality Control Plan (QCP) is required, and the government will provide electrical power. Work is restricted to US citizens and nationals, with strict security requirements, including background checks and access coordination. Contractor personnel must maintain clear identification as non-government employees and comply with all Navy rules and regulations. The place of performance is on-site at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard's Controlled Industrial Area.
