    Sources Sought Notice: DEPT OF DEFENSE Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program (D-SAACP)

    The Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking potential vendors to provide services for the Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program (D-SAACP). This program aims to standardize sexual assault response to victims and professionalize victim advocacy roles within the SARW (Sexual Assault Response and Prevention Office). The D-SAACP certification is a requirement for personnel within the SARW who provide direct victim assistance or have access to victim data through DSAID (DoD Sexual Assault Incident Database).

    The DoD is conducting market research to identify parties capable of providing a nationally recognized credential to DoD personnel who provide direct services to U.S. Military sexual assault victims. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing training modules, conducting webinars and in-person trainings, and supporting the modernization efforts of the D-SAACP certification requirements.

    Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and should submit an unclassified capability statement. The statement should include company information, type of business, subcontracting opportunities, relevant experience, and feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

    This notice is not a formal solicitation, but rather a means of conducting market research. The Government is not seeking proposals at this time.
