The Department of Defense, through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Aviation), is seeking proposals for the procurement of one Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) hydro-mechanical press brake, as outlined in solicitation RFQ SPE4A8-26-Q-0007. This procurement includes the machine itself, along with ancillary equipment, tooling, accessories, delivery, facility services, installation, and training, all to be conducted at the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) in Cherry Point, North Carolina. The contract will be awarded based on a Firm Fixed Price and will follow Full and Open Competition procedures, with the evaluation criteria including lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) and past performance.
