This Statement of Work outlines an objective to engage for-profit entities in the utility sector to foster trust, innovation, and market intelligence, focusing on renewable energy, grid resilience, and outage management. The contractor's responsibilities include conducting research utilizing NASA Earth Science Division (ESD) data (e.g., POWER, Black Marble, IMERG, GMAO), ensuring students, postdocs, and Industry Advisory Board (IAB) members are aware of NASA assets and access methods, communicating IAB meeting agendas and outcomes to the NASA representative, and conveying IAB members' operational needs to inform future NASA ESD missions. The work will be performed at the University at Albany from January 15, 2026, to January 14, 2027.
