The Department of Defense, through the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast, is seeking public input regarding the potential use of Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) for the construction of an Aircraft Engine Repair Facility at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida. This project involves the design and construction of a new approximately 300,000 gross-square-foot facility dedicated to the repair of Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) engines, including associated support and administrative areas, parking structures, and necessary infrastructure improvements.
