    Description

Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE ARMY is seeking information from industry for the development of the physical form factor on which the Edge Node solution(s) would reside. The Edge Node solution is intended to enable the modernization of Army intelligence operations at the tactical and operational levels in support of Multidomain Operations. The solution needs to have a small, ruggedized compute form factor that supports tactical and operational formations in both garrison and deployed environments. It should provide small form factor hardware and support data access and limited functionality when connections are unavailable or unreliable. The solution should also support connections to a variety of communication networks and have an ability to connect to Integrated Broadcast System receivers. The minimum requirements for the proposed solution include specific configurations for different user capacities, chassis size, weight, power requirements, GPU support, compute, memory, storage, networking, and more. Interested parties are requested to respond to the RFI with the provided questionnaire. Responses and scheduling for this RFI are due by May 31, 2024.
