The Department of Defense, through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Aviation), is announcing an Industry Day for the Hardware Acquisition Recompete Customer Direct (HARC) project, aimed at gathering industry feedback on its upcoming procurement strategy. This initiative focuses on supply chain management for hardware and abrasives, covering a wide range of National Stock Numbers (NSNs) within Federal Supply Class 53, which includes items such as screws, bolts, nuts, and various fastening devices essential for military and non-military operations. The Industry Day will take place on May 7, 2025, in Richmond, Virginia, providing a platform for government briefings and one-on-one discussions with potential contractors, with pre-registration required by May 5, 2025.
