Neuro-Symbolic Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agents for Cybersecurity Authority To Operate (ATO) Development

The Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking innovative solutions through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program to develop Neuro-Symbolic Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents aimed at enhancing the Authority to Operate (ATO) development process under the Risk Management Framework (RMF). The objective is to create an automated software toolset that assists cybersecurity personnel in efficiently drafting and maintaining ATO packages, leveraging advanced AI techniques and the expertise of subject matter experts (SMEs).
