Universal Automated Control Assessment, Validation & Risk Correlation Platform for Hybrid DoW Environments
SBIR Opportunity Analysis
The Missile Defense Agency, under the Department of Defense Small Business Innovation Research program, is seeking proposals to develop a universal, environment-agnostic cybersecurity assessment and risk correlation platform. The required solution must automate Control Validation Tests by ingesting raw vulnerability scanner and configuration data and mapping those findings directly to NIST SP 800-53 controls. Phase I requires demonstrating feasibility in parsing tool outputs, creating control-mapping algorithms, and designing a modular architecture, while Phase II focuses on producing a deployable Minimum Viable Product for end-to-end automated assessments. Proposals for this opportunity must be submitted by August 19, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
