Quantum Solutions for Proactive Advanced Response in Cyber Warfare - QSPARX
SBIR Opportunity Analysis
The Air Force District of Washington and the 844th Communications Group at Joint Base Andrews are seeking an SBIR solution to develop an AI-driven cybersecurity platform that helps transition existing cryptographic assets to post-quantum cryptographic standards and counter quantum-enabled cyber threats. The work centers on inventorying cryptographic assets, mapping key management, storage, and legacy interoperability, and building a prototype for automated threat detection, risk scoring, and compliance monitoring in Air Force environments. The effort starts at TRL 3 and is intended to reach TRL 6 by the end of Phase II, with emphasis on detection accuracy, response times, robust PQC validation, and minimal disruption to legacy infrastructure across AFDW and the National Capital Region. This is a pre-release opportunity under solicitation DAF26BZ03-NV017 / 26.BZ, with release on June 3, 2026, opening on June 24, 2026, and closing on July 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
