Advanced Technology for Extending Shelf Life of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables During Storage and Transportation

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking innovative solutions to extend the shelf life of fresh fruits and vegetables (FF&V) during storage and transportation within military supply chains.
