STRIKE AI - AI-Enabled Mission Planning for Defense of Operational Technology Critical Infrastructure
SBIR Opportunity Analysis
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking SBIR work for STRIKE AI, an AI-enabled mission planning system to help defend operational technology critical infrastructure from coordinated cyber and physical attacks. The effort would build a planning engine that interprets commander’s intent, models OT environments and threats, ingests intelligence, and generates deconflicted response plans for cyber and physical assets with human oversight. The concept starts with a Phase I proof of feasibility for a simple OT scenario, then could expand in Phase II to larger, more complex scenarios with real-time threat feeds, a high-fidelity user interface, and rapid re-planning in a relevant environment. Phase I is limited to 12 months and $100,000, Phase II to 24 months and $1,000,000, and applications are due June 24, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern.
