Fusion of Abstract Learning and Context-Optimized Neural-methods (FALCON)
SBIR Opportunity Analysis
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is seeking Direct to Phase II proposals for the Fusion of Abstract Learning and Context-Optimized Neural-methods program to combine advanced machine learning with large language models for interactive statistical analysis of large-scale data. Awardees must develop an architecture that integrates machine learning with large language models, mitigates hallucinations, and scales to analyze enterprise-level structured and unstructured data. Proposers must bypass Phase I by demonstrating prior research experience from the last three years, and the contract features a twelve-month base period followed by a six-month option period with a projected Level 2 Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification requirement. Proposals must be submitted by August 19, 2026, under solicitation number DPA26BZ04-DV016.
