SBIR Opportunity Analysis
The Missile Defense Agency seeks Small Business Innovation Research proposals for next-generation neuromorphic hardware to enable continuous adaptation and self-optimization in electronic warfare and cyber-contested domains. Phase I requires establishing a pathway to a Technology Readiness Level 6 product, including a performance and packaging assessment, a development roadmap, and a test plan. Phase II requires a physical demonstration of autonomously adaptive arbitrary waveform generation using neuromorphic processing, with an emphasis on low-latency, energy-efficient semiconductor chips capable of parallel processing.
