xTech Search 9 SBIR Finalist Open Topic Competition

The U.S. Army, through the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD R&E), is inviting small businesses to participate in the xTech Search 9 SBIR Finalist Open Topic Competition, aimed at identifying innovative technology solutions with dual-use capabilities. The competition seeks novel concepts in critical technology areas such as Trusted AI, Advanced Manufacturing, Cyber, and Integrated Network Systems, with the goal of addressing the Army's modernization needs while fostering partnerships with non-traditional innovators. Participants will have the opportunity to pitch their solutions, engage with the Department of Defense, and potentially submit a Phase I SBIR proposal, with white paper submissions due by June 4, 2025, and the competition closing on June 25, 2025.
