Secure Multi-Source Data Fusion Environment for pLEO Constellations
SBIR Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Space Force, through the Space Development Agency, is seeking SBIR Phase II solutions for a secure multi-source data fusion environment for proliferated LEO constellations. The work is intended to develop and demonstrate a modular software platform that can ingest and integrate diverse live or representative data streams, support AI/ML analytics, and provide a secure sandbox for evaluating third-party tools. The solution must operate across cloud and on-premise environments, use zero-trust security and strict access controls, and scale to support multi-vendor integration, future multi-level security, and coalition use cases. This opportunity is in pre-release, opens April 15, 2026, and closes May 13, 2026 at 4:00 PM, with submissions due through the DoD SBIR/STTR topics site.
