Integrated S&T Insight and Co-Investment Decision Support Platform
SBIR Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Space Force, through Task Force Futures, is seeking a Direct-to-Phase II SBIR solution for an Integrated S&T Insight and Co-Investment Decision Support Platform to improve visibility into the science and technology and investment ecosystem supporting future space operations. The effort calls for a working prototype that can assess technology trajectories, analyze capital flows and investment trends, capture institutional knowledge, facilitate co-investment planning, and support situational awareness and data exploration. The platform should be secure, scalable, modular, and user-centric, with interoperability across existing government datasets and tools, operation in both classified and unclassified environments, and strong data governance and auditability. The Phase II proposal is limited to 10 pages, opens on April 15, 2026, and is due May 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. UTC.
