Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Administration for Community Living is offering a grant opportunity through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program Phase II, aimed at small businesses that have successfully completed Phase I grants between October 1, 2023, and December 31, 2025. This program seeks to stimulate technological innovation and improve the lives of people with disabilities through research and development projects that enhance health, community living, and employment outcomes. A total of four grants will be awarded, each with a funding range of $280,000 to $287,500, over a 24-month project period, with applications due by March 9, 2026. Eligible Applicants
SBIR Phase I grantees who successfully completed their Phase I grant between October 1, 2023 and December 31, 2025 are eligible to apply. Phase I grantees with funding from NIDILRR or from other agencies are eligible to apply, as long as their applications describe research projects that aim to improve the lives of people with disabilities. Applicants must also continue to be small business concerns. Foreign entities are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
