The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has announced a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the establishment of the Artificial Intelligence and Technology Collaboratory Coordinating Center (AITCC) through a Cooperative Agreement (U24). This initiative aims to create a central hub for the Artificial Intelligence and Technology Collaboratory (AITC) program, focusing on advancing AI and technology applications in aging research, particularly related to Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and related dementias (ADRD). The AITCC will coordinate activities across AITC centers, engage stakeholders, and disseminate information to attract new researchers, with a funding amount of up to $1,900,000 per year for five years. Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply. Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed.
