FY27 Succeeding Lease: Gainesville Research Office Facility

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has issued a Sources Sought Notice (Solicitation Number: 36C24126R0054) for a succeeding lease of office space in Gainesville, Florida, for its Research Office Facility. The VA requires 6,078 to 7,000 NUSF (6,989 to 8,050 RSF) of office space with 20 parking spaces (ADA compliant) for a full term of 5 years (2 years firm, 3 years soft). The delineated area for the property is bordered by NE 39th Avenue, SW 16th Avenue, State Road No. 24, and Interstate 75. The space must meet government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability, and not be in a 1% annual chance floodplain.
