The United States Air Force, through the DEAMS Program Management Office under the Department of Defense, is seeking information on commercial solutions to replace Oracle User Productivity Kit as the current training and performance support tool for the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System. The effort focuses on identifying a modern Commercial-Off-the-Shelf Digital Adoption Platform that can provide in-application training and contextual support for more than 26,000 users. The desired solution must support content authoring, content lifecycle management, and content delivery while meeting system, technical, security, compliance, and supply chain risk management requirements; the work is associated with Kettering, Ohio. This is a market research RFI, not a solicitation, and participation is voluntary. Amendment 01 extends the RFI response date to 6 April 2026 at 5 PM EST.
