RFI - Real Time Public Data Intelligence

The Treasury Office of Intelligence and Analysis has issued an RFI (2032L226N00003) for a Real-Time Public Data Intelligence and External Risk Detection Platform. This RFI seeks commercially available solutions for real-time detection, analysis, and alerting of emerging risks and critical events from public data sources. The platform should identify cyber threats, third-party exposures, geopolitical instability, and other critical events impacting Treasury operations. Key capabilities include ingesting various public data (web, social media, deep/dark web), advanced AI/ML detection with multilingual and global coverage, configurable alerting (dashboard, mobile, email, SMS, API), and integration with existing systems (SIEM, SOAR). The platform must also meet security, privacy, and compliance standards such as NIST 800-171, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO certifications. Responses are due by March 17, 2026, and should include company information, GSA contract details, a capabilities statement, and a technical narrative addressing the PWS requirements.
