Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, through the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, is seeking qualified contractors to provide an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for various water treatment chemicals essential for maintaining safe and clean potable water at its facilities in North Carolina. The procurement includes eight specific chemicals, such as Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Hypochlorite, and Sulfuric Acid, which will be delivered to the Water Treatment Plant and the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant over a two-year period. This initiative is critical for ensuring the operational integrity of water supply systems at the base.
