The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Congress Rental for audio visual services at the 2026 DEA IDEC conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The procurement aims to secure in-house audio visual services provided by Congress Rental, the designated vendor for the Sheraton Buenos Aires & Convention Center, where the conference will take place from August 18 to August 20, 2026. This Special Notice indicates that the government will not open the requirement to competition, and any interested parties capable of providing the service at a fair and reasonable price may submit a capability statement to the primary contact, Naomi Collier, at Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov, by 10:00 am (ET) on March 13, 2026.
