Gillette Industries for the procurement of QEC-NP2000 Prop Dollies. These specialized maintenance stands are critical for supporting the U.S. Navy's E-2D and C-130 aircraft requirements, allowing simultaneous mounting of the QEC Engine and NP2000 Propeller for efficient maintenance actions. D. Gillette Industries is uniquely positioned to fulfill this requirement due to its ownership of proprietary engineering drawings and technical data necessary for manufacturing, which precludes full and open competition.
