The Presolicitation Notice (W911KB26RA013) announces a full and open Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of a 52,047 SF Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) Aircraft Maintenance Hangar and Aviation Operations Facility at Fort Richardson, Alaska. This project, estimated between $65,000,000 and $75,000,000, will provide consolidated multipurpose space for military aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
