Scandium Oxide Sole Source to Rio Tinto Services

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is soliciting proposals for a sole-source Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to acquire Scandium Oxide from Rio Tinto Services, Inc., with a total potential value of up to $40 million over a five-year period.
