NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single source contract to Sensor Systems LLC for the acquisition of twenty-five (25) newly manufactured ASR-8 Encoders. This procurement is necessary as Sensor Systems LLC is the original manufacturer of the Encoder and holds all proprietary data rights and information required for manufacturing. The ASR-8 Encoders are critical components used in air traffic control systems, ensuring the safety and efficiency of airspace management.
