Services include general grounds cleaning, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, cleaning picnic/camp sites, cleaning group shelters and group camping shelters, cleaning screened camping shelters, cleaning dump stations, cleaning playgrounds and play amenities, cleaning courtesy docks and piers, cleaning swim beaches, collecting and disposing of refuse, testing beach water and monitoring and testing well systems. The Contractor shall accomplish all operations in accordance with procedures and practices described in IAW EM 385-1-1. Aquilla Lake Texas - The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facility cleaning, grounds cleaning at 3 recreation areas on Aquilla Lake. Services include general grounds cleaning, cleaning and disinfection restrooms, cleaning courtesy docks and piers, collecting and disposing of refuse. The Contractor shall accomplish all operations in accordance with procedures and practices described in IAW EM 385-1-1. Period of Performance is a one 12-month base and four 12-month option periods.
