DARPA Enterprise-Wide Generic Low-Code Application Platform
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is seeking information for an enterprise-wide generic low-code application platform aimed at replacing fragmented legacy systems and manual workflows. This platform will facilitate total process automation and live data integration across four distinct environments: a publicly accessible unclassified environment, a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) environment, and two disconnected classified environments, serving approximately 2,200 internal users. The anticipated contract will be awarded to a single firm for a five-year period, which includes two years for implementation, with key requirements such as support for Unclassified IL-2 and CUI IL-4/5 SaaS hosted environments, classified on-premise offerings, fine-grained access control, and auditing capabilities. Interested parties must submit their responses by November 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, and can contact Mary Beth Colavito at AppPlatformPreAward@darpa.mil for further information.
