The Department of the Army, through the Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), is seeking industry input on capabilities to develop, host, integrate, and sustain Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) applications aimed at enhancing the Army's logistics and finance operations. This initiative is part of the Army's modernization efforts to establish a Common Business Operating Environment (CBOE) and support the Enterprise Business Systems – Convergence (EBS-C) architecture.
