Made in America Market Research Hub
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Office of Management and Budget’s Made in America Office is seeking information for a Made in America Market Research Hub to support domestic sourcing determinations across federal procurement and financial assistance programs. The requested capability would provide a centralized, continuously updated dataset and analytic tool to help identify domestic manufacturers and products, support waiver reviews, and reduce duplicative market research and compliance burden. The effort is framed around a four-phase scope that includes data identification and governance, an AI layer, and reporting and analytics, with emphasis on modular, scalable solutions that can interoperate with federal systems. The RFI also asks industry for input on technical architecture, data sources, security, update methods, sustainability, and licensing models. Responses are due by April 8, 2026.
