Sub-scale corrugated panel fabrication via Continuous Compression Molding (CCM)

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Shared Services Center is seeking bids for the manufacturing of sub-scale corrugated panels through Continuous Compression Molding (CCM), specifically aimed at supporting the STMD COMRADES initiative for space applications. The procurement is set aside for small businesses and requires the contractor to design and fabricate molds and tooling, as well as produce various thermoplastic composite products, including eight final corrugated panels, all using NASA-provided materials and 3D CAD files.
