Blood Products and Reference Testing

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is planning to enter into a sole source procurement for blood products and laboratory testing services to support the Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. The contract will be awarded to The American National Red Cross, which will provide essential blood products, transportation, and patient specimen testing in compliance with all applicable regulations and FDA requirements. This five-year, firm fixed price contract is set to commence on October 1, 2025, and will require interested parties to submit capability statements by 12:00 P.M. ET on October 1, 2025, via email to Felicia W. Smith at felicia.w.smith.civ@health.mil, with no set-aside restrictions applicable to this procurement.
