Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Air Force’s 99th Civil Engineer Squadron is seeking a firm-fixed-price contractor to perform a water tank survey and related services at Nellis AFB, Nevada. The work covers water quality condition assessments, inspections, washouts, and disinfection of eight storage tanks, including one underground tank, three elevated tanks, and four ground storage tanks, with an assessment and disinfection report as a deliverable. The requirement is a total SDVOSB set-aside and will be evaluated on a lowest-priced technically acceptable basis, with compliance expected to 40 CFR Parts 141.401 and 141.723, AWWA standards, Nevada Certified Water Operator requirements, and access and security rules for Nellis/Creech AFB; completion is required within 90 days of award.
