Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Embassy in Seoul, Department of State, is soliciting proposals for Multilateral Summit Planning Services for the 2026 Multilateral Youth Summit, which will host 45 youth leaders from the U.S., Republic of Korea, and Japan in Hawaii during the summer of 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive logistical support, including travel and visa assistance, accommodation, meals, ground transportation, venue management, on-site participant management, and additional services such as photography and videography, along with a post-summit debrief in Seoul. Proposals must be submitted electronically by September 22, 2025, at 17:00 Korea Standard Time, with a pre-quotation conference scheduled for September 10, 2025.
