The Health Resources and Services Administration is accepting applications for the Family-to-Family Health Information Centers program to assist families of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN). Awardees will provide information, education, technical assistance, and peer support to CYSHCN families and the professionals who serve them, enabling them to better navigate complex systems and improve overall well-being. Eligible applicants include domestic public or private entities, faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations operating within the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the five U.S. Territories, or serving American Indian and Alaska Native tribes. The agency expects to make 59 awards with a flat individual award value of $96,750, representing an estimated total program funding of $5,708,250. Applications must be submitted electronically by December 19, 2026, and inquiries can be directed to CYSHCN@hrsa.gov.
Eligible Applicants
Eligible applicants include any domestic public or private entity. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. Eligibility for this funding opportunity is limited to applicants within the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the five U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands) and entities that will serve American Indian and/or Alaska Native tribes.
