The U.S. Mission to Singapore is seeking proposals to host the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Summit 2027 under a cooperative agreement. The selected recipient will plan and execute a multi-day summit in Singapore, managing participant recruitment, virtual pre-departure orientations, strategic discussions, policy advocacy training, and a hackathon-style event called ASEAN Ignite. The program will bring together approximately 100 YSEALI exchange alumni and 8 to 15 mentors from the 11 ASEAN member states to accelerate the adoption of the American artificial intelligence tech stack and strengthen pro-innovation leadership networks. Eligible applicants include public and private educational institutions, public international organizations, governmental institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. Applications must be submitted by August 5, 2026, for an award valued between $400,000 and $500,000, and inquiries can be sent to SingaporePDSCultural@state.gov.

Not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations; Public and private educational institutions; Public International Organizations and Governmental institutions; For-profit entities, even those that may fall into the categories listed above, are not eligible to apply for this NOFO.
