DoW Traumatic Brain Injury and Psychological Health, Translational Research Award
Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army’s USAMRAA is offering the DoW Traumatic Brain Injury and Psychological Health Translational Research Award to accelerate scientific findings into clinical applications for traumatic brain injury and psychological health. The program seeks innovative translational research that advances understanding, prevention, assessment, or treatment, with two research levels for refining mature concepts or rigorously evaluating tangible products before first-in-human studies or clinical trials. Basic research and clinical trials are prohibited, preliminary data are required, human-subjects studies must use community-based participatory research approaches, and applicants should be independent investigators; the award also includes an Early-Career Investigator Partnering Option. The application process uses a pre-application and full application through eBRAP and Grants.gov, with a submission deadline of October 15, 2026, and help available from the eBRAP Help Desk.
