Title X Family Planning Services Grants

The Office of Population Affairs in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is seeking grant applications for Title X Family Planning Services to support voluntary family planning projects. The program funds a broad range of services, including pregnancy testing and counseling, basic infertility services, STI and HIV prevention education, counseling, testing and referral, health literacy, reproductive goals counseling, and other preconception health services. Projects must comply with the Title X statute, regulations, and legislative mandates, and OPA emphasizes evidence-based care, health literacy, chronic disease-related concerns, reduced overmedicalization, and quality improvement and quality assurance planning for service delivery across the United States and specified territories.
