Grant Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Mission to Oman is seeking an implementing partner to administer the U.S.-Omani Youth Council, a structured leadership and bilateral-engagement program for 10 to 15 Omani university students. The selected partner will manage university outreach, conduct an open application and interview process, coordinate cohort selection, organize seven monthly sessions, arrange travel, and administer a mini-grants component of up to three participant-led projects. The program will run from November 2026 through May 2027 in Oman, requiring demonstrated experience in youth engagement, multi-location program delivery, and financial management in compliance with federal non-construction budget guidelines. Organizations must submit their applications by August 26, 2026, for this cooperative agreement, which has an expected award value between $1,000 and $25,000 and requires inquiries to be directed to MuscatPASGrants@state.gov.
