Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Health Resources and Services Administration’s HIV/AIDS Bureau is funding the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part C Capacity Development Program to strengthen community-based organizations’ capacity to expand high-quality HIV primary health care for low-income people with HIV. The grant supports one short-term activity focused on Electronic Health Record and Data Coordination, Telehealth, or Dental Equipment to expand dental service capacity. The award is for a one-year performance period from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, and the program does not allow direct patient care, research, or certain facility improvements. Applications are due July 8, 2026, with awards of up to $150,000 from a total program funding pool of $9 million. Applications must be submitted electronically through SAM.gov and Grants.gov, and questions may be sent to AskPartCCapacity@hrsa.gov.
Eligible Applicants
Public or private, non-profit, community-based organization, and tribal (governments, organizations). Foreign entities are not eligible for this award. (§ 2652 of the PHS Act).
