OVW Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Assistance for Victims of Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking Initative

The Office on Violence Against Women is offering a discretionary federal grant through the FY 2026 Financial Assistance for Victims of Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking Initiative to provide flexible financial assistance that helps victims achieve safety, stability, and healing. The grant is intended to pay for necessities not easily provided by traditional service providers and to respond quickly to self-identified needs. Eligible applicants are limited to victim service providers, Tribal governments, and Tribal organizations, and the program does not require cost sharing or matching.
