The Defense Health Agency, through the Department of the Army USAMRAA, is offering the FY26 Epilepsy Research Program Research Partnership Award to support collaborative research focused on post-traumatic epilepsy. The award is intended for at least two investigators working together on one overarching study, with separate awards issued to each principal investigator’s organization, and it targets ERP focus areas such as PTE markers and mechanisms, epidemiological characterization, longitudinal studies, and innovative research tools. Clinical trials are not permitted, and applications will be evaluated on research strategy, partnership quality, impact, and personnel expertise; the opportunity expects about one award with up to $2.0 million available for a maximum three-year period.
