The Administration for Children and Families’ Children’s Bureau is seeking one cooperative agreement to establish the Foster Parents Network Analytics Hub (HUB) in support of the A Home for Every Child initiative. The HUB will provide states with advanced analytics tools and intensive technical assistance to strengthen foster parent networks, improve placement matching, identify capacity gaps, and support retention strategies. This five-year national demonstration project under Section 426 of the Social Security Act is intended to deliver a secure, accessible analytics platform integrated with state SACWIS/CCWIS systems, with an emphasis on measurable outcomes, immediate deployment, and rigorous performance monitoring. The award range is $1.5 million to $2.5 million, with one award expected, and electronically submitted applications are due by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 14, 2026.
