Fiscal Year 2027 Regional Nutrition Hubs

The Health Resources and Services Administration is seeking applications for the Fiscal Year 2027 Regional Nutrition Hubs program to support region-specific technical assistance on expanding high-quality nutrition services to its Health Center Program award recipients and look-alikes. Awardees will deliver assistance focused on preventing, managing, and treating diseases and conditions through targeted nutritional and food-based interventions. Eligible small businesses must provide these services to enhance healthcare delivery across the designated regions. The agency expects to make five cooperative agreement awards, each valued at a flat award amount of $1,000,000, for an estimated total program funding of $5,000,000. Applications must be submitted electronically by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 20, 2026, and inquiries can be directed to bphcfunding@hrsa.gov.
