The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the U.S. Department of State is seeking proposals for the "Cartel Recruitment Understanding & Suppression Hub (CRUSH)" project, aimed at developing an interactive platform to detect, monitor, analyze, and forecast cartel recruitment trends in Mexico. This initiative is designed to generate actionable intelligence to disrupt fentanyl supply chains, enhance U.S. community safety, and promote regional stability by weakening criminal control over smuggling and migration routes. The project is expected to last between 30 to 36 months, with a funding amount of $1,500,000 for one award, and substantial involvement from INL throughout the cooperative agreement.
