OJJDP FY25 Family Treatment Court Program

The Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention is seeking applications for the FY25 Family Treatment Court Program, a discretionary cooperative agreement that supports family treatment court efforts to improve child, parent, and family outcomes through substance use treatment and related services. The program is intended to help state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments establish new family treatment courts, enhance existing ones, or implement statewide or countywide models. Eligible applicants include state administrative offices of the court and county superior courts or similar judicial authorities, and the opportunity requires cost sharing or matching. The award ceiling is $2,000,000, with an estimated total program funding of $11,270,000 and about 11 awards expected, and applications are due April 27, 2026.
