The Food and Drug Administration is seeking a single cooperative agreement under the PRISM initiative to strengthen the scientific, collaborative, and operational հիմ foundations for modernizing regulatory oversight. The work is intended to support public health by advancing applied science, tools, and approaches that improve regulatory predictability, efficiency, and transparency, including engagement with patients, consumers, industry, academia, and the healthcare workforce. Key priorities include the use of real-world data and evidence, AI, patient access to investigational therapies, science-based food safety and nutrition approaches, transparency and public trust, and support for domestic innovation. The sole eligible applicant is the Reagan-Udall Foundation for the Food and Drug Administration, with one award anticipated and up to five years of support possible, and applications are due April 30, 2026.
